FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do you take health insurance?

We are strictly self-pay. We do not participate with any insurance companies and therefore do not provide superbills for reimbursement. insurances do not cover wellness and fitness.

  • How are you different than traditional physical therapy?

Traditional physical therapy typically addresses specific injuries with the goal of reducing pain and return to your normal activities. Our philosophy is to look at the body as a whole and address all of the imbalances and deficits with the goal to improve your overall function and promote longevity. Our gym-based programs are designed to safely challenge your body to become more resilient. We are a good transition for those that complete physical therapy and are looking to continue to work towards achieving their functional goals.

  • Do I need a physical therapy script/referral?

Since we are a wellness and performance business, a script/referral is not required for our training programs. A script is mandatory in Delaware to receive dry needling services. The script must specifically say “dry needling” on it.
