  • This is where we systematically and safely load your body to make you stronger and more resilient, so you can continue to lead an active, healthy lifestyle.

Program Outline:

  • Head to toe physical assessment of movement, strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, posture and core activation.

  • given a customized home program to address significant flexibility impairments and strength/motor control deficits.

  • one-on-one, physical therapist led, gym-based training program based on your deficits and personal goals to improve overall health, function and longevity.
